Sport Bad diet?

My diet is 2 chicken ranch salads with ranch dressing from mc donalds (dont seem that unhealthy) 2 apples a snickers bar a bowl of cereal(raisen brand or what ever its called) 3 or 4 cups of milk 2 of them with whey protien stuff and carrots. all eaten though out the day. have done this for a week and a half so far and have lost 3 pounds im 135 pounds now 5'8''. problem is i dont cook i dont know how only think i really know how to make is bacon and i even burn that. any tips on improvements. also i do mainly abs, arms and chest exercise with cardio on the off day (dont care about legs really saving money for trainer for back)

so you're a walking stick person?

Sorry, but that's a little underweight for that height.

Ranch dressing = not healthy
Snickers = not healthy
Cold cereal = not as healthy as you think

You lack protein in your diet...2 salads aren't enuf. and since you should only have 2 whey shakes a day...I bet you're lacking protein.

Sure you've lost 3 lbs...but was that fat, water, or muscle? I bet it was all three.

You can't assume weight loss is pure fat, especially when starting a 'diet'.
 
are you trying to lose weight? im 5'8 145 and bulking to put on weight, i cant imagine why you would want to lose weight at that height/weight. not caring about your legs really isnt a good idea either. ive seen people that get there upperbody huge, but forget about there legs. they look ridiculous. i agree with malkore on the diet part too. you probaly should be bulking doing a full body workout or a upper lower split unless you want to be skinny.
