Back on Track

Hi. I am new as of today. I am married and have 4 children. I recently lost a little over 20 pounds but the last month or so, I've been horrible. I've let myself go back to eating like I used to. So, today is the day! I started today with a whole new outlook and I'm ready to get back on track. I lost too much weight to stop now. I still have about 30 pounds I'd like to lose. I'd certainly love to lose more than that but for now I'm looking toward that goal. I've never been a member of a forum like this before. I'm here for tips, advice, motivation and accountability. I want to learn to eat healthy and make it a lifestyle change. I want to be able to go to the fridge seeking out fruit and vegetables instead of ice cream.

Remember, it's not a diet. It's a new, healthier way of eating that you are going to use. The thing is that diets end, but your new choices shouldn't end.
