Hi, everyone! I am soooo excited to be back on a fitness board, and back into fitness in general. I am 38 years old and weigh about 165 right now. I'm fairly tall, so I can hide the extra weight well, but considering just a little over a year ago I was at 135, which I feel is my ideal weight, I am a little upset with myself. I was going to the gym, doing cardio and weights and in the best shape of my life- then my father in law became ill and eventually passed away. My fitness goals were put on the back burner and I've been procrastinating ever since. I'm better off than when I started about 5 years ago at 190, but I'm ready to see those 130's again! I'm motivated and excited to get going, and I know that a community like this will help. I hope to meet a lot of people and hopefully we can all motivate each other!
