Well, I don't know if you all remember me, but I'm Abby, Tinibikini, and I'm 15 years old.
The last time I was here, I was at my highest weight, 163 pounds. I'm now at 171. I'm only 5'4'', so you can imagine that it's hard to fit all those pounds into such a small frame.
I'd really like to tone up. not for the bikini now, it's too late for that, but I'm auditioning for a musical this sunday, and I want to be in my best shape, not only because it's easier to buy costumes [in their eyes] for a thinner person, but because I need strength for all the dancing I'd be doing.
I NEED support, my parents, they help me with what they can, but nothing seems to help.
It's confusing, to be honest, because I have a very strong will. Example, I haven't had pop for one year eight months as of this past saturday.
So I don't see any reason why I couldn't stave off say, junk food?
Please give me reassurance, possibly tips hints or ideas for what I could do that I could stick with to get in shape.

Well, quit eating fast food/junk food. You're not likely to lose weight eating that crap. Don't eat more than 2000 calories in a day and start exercising several times a week(if not everyday)

Can I post a link?
I know of a video that shows how fast food decomposes on its own, t show you how it must decompose in your body.

I'm sure you can do it Tini.

I mean when I've gone through cycles where I've lost a ton of weight through diet and exercise I'd always found pop was the toughest thing for me to give up so for one of my succesful long term diets I simply scaled back on it and was able to lose a lot of weight but in my next diet years later I wanted to lose more weight and faster at that so I cut it out completely after I found some sugar free good tasting alternatives to it.

Your situation is kind of different since you could give up pop no problem so I guess what I suggest for you is to eat what you like but simply not as much of what you'd like as you have been doing.

Basically find a way to have the junk food you want with your regular food but in amounts that don't add up in calories that will either gain you weight or make you remain the same weight.

I think having what you want but cutting the calories of everything is your road to success.

Thanks for your reply crunk,
I think that is a good idea.
Just making it a treat, if you will, instead of a side dish. haha.
I'm gonna go find the link to share with you all.
