Well, I don't know if you all remember me, but I'm Abby, Tinibikini, and I'm 15 years old.
The last time I was here, I was at my highest weight, 163 pounds. I'm now at 171. I'm only 5'4'', so you can imagine that it's hard to fit all those pounds into such a small frame.
I'd really like to tone up. not for the bikini now, it's too late for that, but I'm auditioning for a musical this sunday, and I want to be in my best shape, not only because it's easier to buy costumes [in their eyes] for a thinner person, but because I need strength for all the dancing I'd be doing.
I NEED support, my parents, they help me with what they can, but nothing seems to help.
It's confusing, to be honest, because I have a very strong will. Example, I haven't had pop for one year eight months as of this past saturday.
So I don't see any reason why I couldn't stave off say, junk food?
Please give me reassurance, possibly tips hints or ideas for what I could do that I could stick with to get in shape.
