Back in the gym

whats up everyone... well i have been lifting on and off for a while now but recently took a longer off than i should have. i started drinking and smoking a lot especially since i have had a 30 day vacation due to changing posts (US Army) i went from 5'8 at 175 with a 32" waist to 5'8 185 with a 36" waist!!! its the weirdest thing cuz u can still see my abs a little and i don't look that fat. my girl says i am too self conscious...but the tape measure doesn't lie. my arms and chest are still somewhat cut though so i am guessing it has a lot to do with drinking; the alcohol lowering my test, causing me to gain water weight and store some belly fat. well i devised a plan with routine and diet info as well which i will post here in a bit.
 
another thing i forgot to add is that i am cutting alcohol completely out as well as cigs...cutting out 12 beers a day alone will help with the cutting cycle and i never liked cigs they just gave me a better buz....
