hey! I am so excited to be a part of this community of people that desire the same thing and that is to get fit and healthy and learn to stay that way.

I weigh 222 pounds and I am 5'3. My goal is to reach 130 pounds but I am taking it one day at a time I would love to lose 8-10 pounds a month; That would be GREAT!!!. What I have been doing is a low sodium diet and I feel really good. This is my 3 week working out and my 2nd day doing low sodium and BOY!! you don't how much sodium you eat til you are not having much of it . I have found hot sauce, ketchup, salsa and spaghetti with no or little sodium. '

One reason I join this group was for the support and accountability also I want to be a healthy mom for our new addition to our family WE ARE ADOPTING !!!! YES! A LITTLE GIRL. My son has been wanting a little sister since he was 3 years old and he will be 13 on FEB. 10th. When he was in third grade he was sent home from school for punching a little boy in the face for calling me FAT which was the truth but the truth hurts. I don't want our daughter to go through the same thing my son went through not only that but I want to look and feel good also.
So please write much for accountability I really need that from all of you.
