Back for good!

Hello there everyone. I was using this forum October time but fell off the wagon! Since then I have moved house and started a new job and am feeling great!!
I think a lot of my over eating was down to being unhappy and feeling like I needed to "treat" myself all the time because everyday at work was so terrible! Obviously there are other factors involved in me being over weight but I am trying to tackle each and every one of them.

Starting Weight:278
Goal Weight:178
Current Weight:270
Height:5ft 10in

I am going to weigh myself Friday! Feeling hopeful!

It's hard to keep a healthy life style when your partner / family is doing the opposite.

Aww thanks you guys!
I lost 3lbs this week which I am happy with. I am aiming for slow and steady this time instead of doing it as quickly as possible and putting it all back on as quickly as possible!

Hey lydia good job on the weight loss,Even i use to overeat or binge eat as it was mostly my stress buster(a wrong one though) :svengo:,I realised it long back but habits are hard to change and I strictly keep my stress at bay if any by regularly exercising,doing pranayam and loving myself more.....and yes thats the key to happiness I guess :) so stay motivated, love yourself , love life, keep smiling :seeya:

Glad to see I am not the only one to fall off the wagon!! Slow and steady wins the race I hear. And I am tickled to hear your partner is eating healthy as well. I would imagine its very hard to loss weight when your partner doesn't need or want to haha. Should makes things less stressful. I'll be checking back from time to time to check up on your progress! You got a diary on here?
 
Hiya Tyler, oh I have done the weight loss thing so many times! But looking back on it I have never done it properly. This time is different :) I don't have a diary no...are you going to do one? If so I might so as well.xxx
 
Oh I have been thinking about it, I kind of want to see how to do without having to update people on my progress 24/7 once I get a handle on it...I'll probably end up starting one.

My weight loss is going fine...... i am regular with my gym workouts, not started diet yet.......am trying different workouts, spinning,zumba, bollywood dancing salsa.....along with my weight training.......and am feeling good:driving:

Sounds like you do a great range of exercise! I lot 4lbs this week :D I am so pleased. I am sure the diet will come along in no time. Lyds xxx :waving:
