Unfortunately, there's no such thing as spot reduction. It'll come off as you lose the weight. Um some exercises that might help are the seated row, overhead pulldowns, and any exercise dealing with your shoulder blades. Thats with lifting weights. But you'll definitely need cardio too. Maybe you'll get lucky. I know I had a lot of back fat and still have quite a bit but it was the first spot that I lost a lot of fat too. So just start losing the weight and it might come off quicker than you expected.
