Started working out again about a month ago. I do have to say it has gotten easier (the workouts) since the first time I stepped back into the gym. I have gotten to the point however when I start thinking to myself that it would be much easier to be sitting in my apartment enjoying a T.V. show and eating some deliciously bad for me food. I am sure that there are many of you out there who feel the same way. Or perhaps everybody who works out a lot or has a rockin body would rather be chillin than working out. If this is the case what are some of the things that motivate each of you. I could sit here and say that it is because I want to be healthy and I want to feel good but putting it simply at the moment I am tired of being fat. If there are any of you out there who have ever felt the same way or if there are any of you out there who need motivation or are willing to give some join this forum.
