Hi everyone, I'm not technically new here but its been over a year since I last visited this forum on my old account. I used to visit daily and this has been a great source of info in helping me lose part of the 6 stones (84 lbs) in weight over 2 years. I thought I knew everything so stopped visiting the site but even though I have maintained my new weight I feel I should be doing more with my body to be totally happy with myself. I intend to take advice from the regulars on here as I hope to build some lean muscle in the right areas and also because I will be running a half marathon very soon. Hope to be around more often.
