Back Again

Hi I am back again with a new name old one was skinnyone. I lost almost a stone the last time with the help of this forum so here goes again I need to lose weight for the summer. I started diet today just low fat and went for a walk. I am starting a new job next week and I would love some tips on some low fat lunches I can take to work. I weighed myself today and I weigh 152 lbs. I have a spare tyre I want to get rid of. even if I could lose a stone I would be very happy.

Welcome back. And good luck on weight loss. I'm new also and am not gourmet at this new healthier eating thingy. If you get some healthy lunch ideas, post em. I'ld love new stuff to try...specially if its easy.

Hey Flumes thanks for the welcome.
I have being watching what I am eating this week, cut out all the rubbish. I didnt think it was enough but with the walking and jogging I have lost 2 lbs so very pleased with that.
New job on Monday so will start as I mean to go on.
 
2 pounds is a great way to start. And so is cutting out the rubbish.

I did that first thing....No more pop, chips, candy/chocolate. I do have a sweet once a week, but only a taste.
I switched my junk with fruit....something I never liked...but now, I use fruit as my sweet satisfier.

Keep posting your updates....its a great motivator!

Hi, all! It's great you keep your habit going, so forget all the fast food. You can eat some fish when cook no oil, also you can eat chicken, but don't eat the chicken skin for lunch. Add some vegetable. That's it, simple and healthy!
