My name is Tyler. I'm 22. I was a member here like October of 09 or something. I was trying to cut weight, and while I did cut a bit, I'm still not where I want to be. I started out at 205, and after working out and starting to eat healthy, I dropped down to 185. This is where I sit now. I'm not happy with how I look right now, and I've known for a while, I need to lose weight. Now is my time.
Goals:
- I want to cut back to ~155 pounds, however, I plan on lifting a lot to get my muscular balance where I would like it. I'm hoping when all said and done, I'm 170ish.
- Run a half marathon in the next 12 months
- Begin training in martial arts. It's been a dream of mine to get into MMA.
If all else fails, I'd just like to be more fit. I have plenty of time on my hands so getting to the gym is not an issue. The issue is getting my mindset around eating proper foods.
I think this is enough of a rant for an introduction
