I was here about 2 years ago, trying to lose weight. I had started at about 190 pounds, and was able to get down to about 130. I was pretty good about keeping that weight off, until a few months ago. I started hanging around a group of guys, who all eat way more than i do, and eat things i didn't normally eat. I gained a few pounds because of that, but what really got me was when the summer started, I had to work two jobs and take a night class. I was always on the move, and when it came to cooking dinner for my boyfriend and I, I would cook whatever he wanted, and just ate that. I'm up to 150 pounds now, but I wanna be the 130, or maybe even 125 that I know I will look good with. As of yesterday, I've been counting calories (1200 a day-what i used to eat before i went off to college) and exercising, usually an hour walk on the beach. My goal is to be 130 by the beginning of October, and the only days I will allow myself to eat badly are at football games (where i will literally be on my feet all day- students aren't allowed to sit during the game). I know that I will be going on vacation soon, so there will be plenty of opportunities to eat bad, but I will try and eat my best, only one bad thing a day, and try and eat lots of veggies and things with fiber.
