Alright... I figured that I would post this here since I haven't been on the forums in 2 years. I lost 40lbs last time I was here and felt great. In the last few year life took a downturn and I gained all the weight back and then some. I am sure that the shift work over the last few years didnt help either(lack of decent sleep and access to healthy lunch alternates). So I have a goal now. My goal is to get back in shape and go back into the Army. I am sitting at 300lbs at the moment and need to lose a 120-140 to be at my optimal weight level. I am giving myself a year to year and a half to get it done. Hopefully that is enough time. If there are any prior service individuals on here that let themselves to pretty badly like I have, I would like to hear some incouraging words from you. Of course any encouragement is welcome also. I would just like to know that I am not the only one that was retarded enough to let it get this bad. As far as strength and energy goes I am still pretty good on those fronts. At least alot better than most people my size. I don't have the normal complaints of overweight people of this magnitude. I think it is because of my bigger frame and I still have quite a bit of the muscle that I built up while I was in the army the first time. So I do have that going for me
