B.e.d.

Anyone have any experience with it? I'm new to this forum, and am looking for some advice. I'm to the point where I can't keep food in the house anymore, and have resulted to daily exercise regimens in order to "purge" out what I intake.

Just looking for some advice -- how to get out of a B.E.D. without resulting to therapy, which I've already tried, or a dietician, which I have also already tried.

Therapy is the answer that probably everyone will give you, and it's the right one. However, if you've already attempted that unsuccesfully, here's what I would do. Number one, reconsider your time there and think about possibly trying it again (I know you hate that answer, but sometimes the right way isn't the way you want). If that doesn't work or you really feel that it won't help, what you need to do is find an outlet that doesn't involve working out - something else that can take your mind off things. There's a lot more to ED's than food though. In fact, they really almost never have anything to do with food. That being said, it's hard to give you good helpful advice without knowing any more about the situation. My guess is that you have something in your life that is out of your control. Find out what that is, and try to deal with that.

ps: this is all based on the assumption that b.e.d stands for binge, since I have never heard of a short way of saying it...so if that's wrong, disregard what I said
