august 10 pound club

A few weeks ago I was riding my bike every day...In one week I roder over 20miles. I was proud of myself. I need to get back out and do more exercise!
 
I'm going to start using a stationary bike on Monday! I need to kick up my exercise efforts! I realized today that I am only 3 lbs away from reaching my lose 10 lbs in August goal!!

Reminds me of when i first started on the exercycle - my feet would go numb after an hour because my bum was so sore!

I must of been retaining water for the final weigh in for the two week challange because I weighed sunday and was 314.5 *YAY* so I am 4 outta 10lbs for the month as of sunday...we'll see tomorrow morning *bites nails*.
 
I've lost about 3 lbs, but my problem is my meals. I've cut out the munching all day, and no longer eat from supper time on. I've cut down my pop to 2 a day (I know I should cut those out too, but I need something I love:D ) I've been exercising every day, walks and aerobic.

I hate calorie counting. Hate it. It doesn't make me feel good, and it takes time. What I need is someone to take my list of foods I like and dislike,a nd make me a menu for the month.

Did I have a point?:rolleyes:
 
Whatever your point is DQ, I'm right there with ya ;) It would be so nice to have someone come in and do all this for us!

I would LOVE that!

Anyway, I weigh in and post my totals on Saturday, so I'll catch up with you guys then :D

Where are you from? It might be a regional thing - but I tell ya, there's something quite wonderful about a DQ Misty Float ;)

m2m - That is sooo funny because I love DQ Misty Floats. My husband actually brought me one home yesterday... Grape Misty Float. Yummy. Its what I always get when we go through DQ.
 
My nearest DQ is a 4 hour road trip away:( My name is Dari-Lynn, hence the nickname...but I do love a good Blizzard:D
 
Today I am 223. Not sure how many lbs I am down since I last weighed in here but it's the same weight as I was on Friday so it works for me!
