Hi, I would like to join this club. My starting weight is 188. I would like to be 178 by the end of August. I am new and this is my first time joining a weight loss challenge club. It sound quite motivating. Wish me luck!!!! Good luck to you all too.

Not doing too bad, I got my weight in tomorrow so hoping for some good numbers! How about everyone else? Just thinking how great it would be to be 10 pounds lighter by the end of the month! I may treat myself to some new jeans if I complete the challenge!
 
I doing well exercise wise and what not, but eatings been a little off, and i'm gaining! But, I'm hoping that is attributed to muscle gain, because even though i gave in to a few sins, I don't think that they were enough to make me gain 3 lbs...so, hopefully, I'll be losing more soon, as I am now back on track with my eating.
 
Xorie - 3lbs = 10500 excess calories so unless you ate something really bad I am sure its just the muscle and excess water that you gain when building up muscle from exercising. Congratulations on all the exercise :)
 
So far so good...Lately I've been having a little bad luck when I step on the scale...only losing 0.5.lb per week, which I'm not happy with. But I've been sticking to plan better and with the extra exercise I should have a better weigh in Tuesday.
 
my weight seems like flucuate so much .. i think its water weight so i dunno how much i lose! .. anyone wanna vow to just weigh in on tuesdays with me instead of checking it everyday haha
