I was in at 131 this morning. Hopefully will be around 120 by the end of this month....10 pounds from my goal! Let's do this!
 
hey guys!! the end will be september 1st but we can always go longer if we want to!! i think it would be great if we all shared tips and such with each other soo that we can succeed even more!!

Go to some ticker making place (tickerfactory.com or something) create the ticker. then go to UserCP on here and on the left it has 'Edit signature' or something. you can edit it there and paste the code from the ticker place.
Play around with it till you get it going. Good Luck!
 
I know im late but im going to join anyway... i need to loose as much as possible in about 3 weeks/4 weeks anyway. (got a party to go to where they will all be skinny no doubt)

I'm late too- I was out of town and didn't have a scale at my disposal yesterday- But this morning it said 234.6. I'm hoping that's inflated a little bit from a little excessive fun-having on Monday night. Regardless- If I could be 224 at the end of the month, I would be just delighted!
 
I seem to have hit a platau - my weight loss has dropped even though im doing more :(

I can only hope
 
i do most of mine between 5.30am and 7am then have breakfast. If i have breakfast before the workout i end up feeling sick normally.
Maybe i should start doing it more even though i feel sick - i dunno. I drink tons from when i get up till breakfast - about 4 or 5 cups at least.
 
Eating after exercise is better...your metabolism is already running high and you'll burn off the calories quicker.

Kick start that weight loss by changing your routine up a little bit.

What kinds of exercises are you doing?
 
Bout 20 mins cardio. then 40mins weights, then another 20 mins of cardio - I do that 4-6 days a week. and on mon-weds-fri I do vibra training which burns another 1000 calories. I go swimming some nights if i dont do the gym, and often on the weekend.

I usually loose more weight on the weekend when i dont go to the gym :)
 
I'd like to join the august 10 pound club!! I know i'm late joining, but i did actually weigh myself tuesday and i am at 157. was going to weigh on friday but now i might wait until sunday...who knows :)

I don't know if I "officially" signed up for the August 10 pound club, so I'm doing it now :)

My starting weight for August was 217.

If I drop 10 pounds for August, I will have officially lost 50 pounds since I started this journey and will be at my half way point!!

I'm looking forward to making that a REALITY!

Technically, it's only 40 right now, but it WILL be 50 by the end of august!!
