athlete needs a little extra help getting cut

hey,

im 6' 1" tall. weigh 185 lbs and play baseball.

basically im very fit but just wanna show my fitness off a little more by losing some extra body fat and getting cut.

here is my workout:

monday: chest/triceps/swimming
tuesday: swimming
wednesday: back/biceps/swimming
thursday: swimming
friday: legs/shoulders/swimming
saturday: swimming
sunday: rest

for swimming i do butterfly, crawl and breast stroke. the majority is slower breast stroke though. in total i do about 10 lengths of crawl, 10 of butterfly and about 70 breast stroke. is that ok? or should i try and do more of the sprint type butterfly and crawl?

as for diet, i have 6 meals a day. here is a breakdown:

breakfast: cereal
snack: whey protein shake
lunch: two fried egg sandwiches and an apple
snack: whey protein shake
dinner: whatever is cooked for me
snack: banana

i drink a lot of water throughout the day. also i am a vegetarian.

any help in regards to helping me get cut would be much appreciated.

thanks

vegetarian ... i'm sorry ;)
sounds like you have a pretty good routine going, but i would suggest 2 things:
1) you might be overtraining your upperbody with all the swimming & weight training ...
2) maybe replace some of your swimming with running on the days after shoulders and chest to increase your cardio and help burn more fat
