So at 5'3'' I weigh 114lbs...i did weigh 104lbs a few weeks ago but cuz of a recent stay at the hospital I ended up gaining weight after not being able to eat for a week. I wish I could go back to my previous weight but my family and everyone else for that matter wouldnt like that. So they wish for me to stay above 108lbs but I now have more fat on my thighs and stomach (which the thighs wasnt there as much as it is now but the stomach has been my hardest area to lose)..i have lost 74lbs to date and i hate that my stomach is being so stubborn and idk what to do...i follow a strict diet and fitness plan (strength 3 days a week and cardio 3-4 times a week). It has helped me get thus far but how do i get rid of the fat if my family (and in turn the doctor) has placed a weight minimum for me? can strength training with a strict diet and relatively less cardio than before help me achieve the body i have been slaving away for 2 yrs or am i doomed to be stuck so to speak where i am? i wanted to achieve my goal body size by the first or second week of january and for once in my life, spend 2010 just maintaining a body size...im so frustrated and some advice would be helpful
