Asymmetry in chest and abs

I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem. My right pec is less developed than my left pec. Whenever I workout I feel my entire left pec getting sore, however the right one only gets sore everywhere but where the yellow circle is in the pic attached. As you may have guessed, this area is hardly developed at all. Basically it's the upper and inner right pec that is less developed than the left. I do a lot of incline bench with dumbbells but I still have the same problem. Is there a way I can focus on this area more individually and specifically.

My abs are the same way. The left side of my abdominals are hardly developed at all and I can see the packs on the right side, just laying under a bit of fat. I get the same problem. I don't feel sore on the left side from ab exercises like I do on the right. Is there a solution to this as well? I have tried holding my left leg and left arm straight out when I do crunches which seems to help, but anytime I go deeper into a crunch it still burns the right more than the left.

It's hard to spot the difference on camera, so I may wait until I lean up a bit more to better show it, but for now, these are the areas I need to build muscle.

Thanks for the help!

For the chest, try some unilateral work (dumbbells only, no barbells).

For abs...that could actually be genetic.

To have uneven abs it may be genetic (one side higher than the other), but when I do crunches I don't even feel the burn on the left side. I can see 3 muscles on the right but only one on the left. My right side is higher, so perhaps doing more lower ab work will fix the left side.

About the chest: I use dumbbells ONLY, and yet the problem remains.
