Ashamed and sick and tired

Hi All,
I'm a "Newbie". Have been reading all this and soooo can relate to most. I live in rural Ontario, have 4 kids and have been fighting my weight problem since I was a teenager. I have been on every diet you can imagine and have donated way too much money to weight watchers over the years. I liked their sensible eating plan but could never stick to it. I am also a shift worker, days and nights, so that adds to the mix. I am so desperate to lose this weight. I am ashamed to even admit how much I weigh but it is starting to effect my health so have to do something. Help me get started. Where do I begin? No more fad diets.
