I am not sure if you were the author of this or not, but I am not sure why ANYONE would ask such a silly question when there are thousands of people hopping around as living proof that this is possible.

Exercise actually holds a back seat to nutrition, IMO. Also, such general guidelines really add nothing of value to this forum. Most people are well past the level of, "Hey, did you know exercise is good." And if their not, I, or anyone else whom actually cares is certainly not going to tell them, "simply exercise."

I agree with Steve. Nutrition is the key to everything. You can get to your ideal weight, or a comfortable weight, just by changing the way you eat and the types of foods you eat.

About 2 months ago, the new Whole Foods opened up. My wife and I have gone there 3 times so far, and have switched most of the foods we were buying over to all natural and organic. Amazing thing is, we do not need to eat as much to be satisfied (not full). And, we have a little more energy, and have lost a little more weight just by doing that.
 
Come on, guys, complain about the content all you like but complaining about the style because it looks like it was translated from another language is hardly fair! :p Not everyone has English as a first language. To be honest, though, how could that be an online translator? All online translators I've seen are pretty much horrible.
