Ive lost 11 pounds already and inches off my waist and stomach but i havent lost inches in my arms..
my arms are really chubby and chunky and thats something that shows in the summer when i wear tanktops..
the exercises i do for my arms are pilates theres 10 mintue exercies of pilates for your arms but they say its for strength and toning. and with that i use 2 pounds each in my hands. and the other exercises i do is that elastic band i just started that one.and when i do some pilates workout they make you do some push ups or planks....ive been working out for more than a month and nothing in my arms..
what can i do to lose the weight there..do i need heavier dumbbells???
