Over The Top! heheh..ne1 remember that movie? I suppose if you're serious about arm wrestling there's a bunch of different things to learn n to perfect..but if u do it occassionally at school..then you shouldn't have to worry about having arm wrestling as the medium for determing who's stronger.
Like ne other sport where strength is involved..such as shotputting. You have to have a quick start n powerful start, if you make the first move, most likely, you're going to win because of the strength you started out with. Its all about having that burst of speed n strength when its time to go. For shotputting, I trained my guys to run 30yard dashes..trying to use 100% of their strength the first few steps..because that's how it is with shotputting, if you start powerful n strong, you end powerful n strong. It most likely goes well for arm wrestling too, if you start fast n powerful, you will end up powerfully.
I'm no expert in arm wrestling, but, it does remind me of shotputting..since it requires speed n strength in a small area.
