Walking is my only form of exercise right now. We have a treadmill at my house and I'm starting slow, just a 25 minute walk. I actually like the treadmill as opposed to outside, I sweat a lot when I walk inside. Maybe it's because I'm paying attention to my pace and form, instead of the pretty trees. That said, I'm anxiously awaiting an end to this winter so I can get out and enjoy the fresh air!
I sweat quite a lot as well. That is why on work days I take the bus to work and walk home. If I walked to work I would be socially unacceptable by the time I got there.
