I'm a 26 year old woman and have been overweight for most of my life, especially now. I am 5'8" and weigh 210 pounds. I have been doing some research about different diet plans. I think I need a healthy diet plan along with a good exercise program. But I am also considering using a supplement also. I have read articles about this supplement and that supplement but I think the best weight loss supplement for me to try is acai berry select. Does any body have any advice for me.
