Could i get some feed back on what i'm eating?, wether I am doing things the right way etc? I once lost 41lbs by cutting out carbs all together for 2 months, however it came back on quick.

Also admins/mods could you change the title on my diary thread? i put the wrong weight down in the title it should be 18 stone 8lb (263lb) not 18 stone 6lb (258lb), thanks :)

Hey buddy,
First of all, you can never entirely cut out carbs from your diet, because like you experienced before, you're just going to gain the pounds back. I would put a website up, but it's not allowed. What you need to look at for carbs, is the difference between High Glycemic Index Carbs vs. Low Glycemic Index carbs. Basically, you want to avoid all high glycemic carbs unless it is right after your workout. Google them to see what I'm talking about. Even though it's whole grain pasta, I would still cut down a little bit on that as well. Maybe not eat it quite as often. Even some of the fruit you eat isn't necessarily a good kind to eat unless it's after you work out. I.E.- pineapples are high on the GI Index and will spike your insulin, thereby causing fat gain.

Second, when you do your cardio, you should either do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or immediately after your weight training.

Third, you should exercise portion control. I'm not saying that you aren't but with the exception of protein, however much of a particular food can fit in your hand is how much you should be eating. If you continue to be hungry only at more protein. Email me if you'd like to hear about the Project 10 Challenge that I'm participating in myself. I'm in really good shape, 6'3 218, mainly muscle but I have a little to lose around my midsection. I workout 5-6 times a week and I'm still not where I want to be. My goal is to lose 10 lbs of fat and then start gaining 10 lbs of muscle at a time. Here's my email: parkeparkerbbv@gmail.com. Good luck and hope to hear from you!
