Appetite loss - Stomach shrinking?

For the past two months or so I've been running alot and watching my diet and have lost a bit of body fat as well as put on some muscle. However, I've noticed recently that I don't, or rather can't, eat as much as I used to. I feel bloated after finishing just half the meal portions I used to be able to consume. It feels like my stomach has physically shrunk. Is this at all normal? I am slighly confused and would appreciate any comments or thoughts. Thanks.

Oh, and on the reverse side, it seems that I get hungry again, sooner.
 
Hmmmm....how old are you? are we talking jogging or sprinting? and if you were gaining muscle you would most likely be hungry. Also, what are you eating?
 
What's your daily menu/fitness program like? What is your age/height/weight and do you know your body fat percentage? How do you know you gained muscle? Are you a guy or a girl?
