Apology to Trainer Lynn.

A month back or so I posted some negative comments at Trainer Lynn's expense and I wanted to publicly apologize, it has been bothering me ever since and I felt that I was an a**hole. Not only what I said was hurtful but I was full of s**t. I'm sorry Lynn.

Also I've added strength training 3 days a week to my routine as you suggested and the results have been great and my posture looks 10 times better. Anyway, I haven't seen you around much and wanted to tell you to get your ass back here, we need you.

Hey Wendy, how's it going? All is good over here. I went thru some real tough times and the food was kickin' my ass but I actually met with a nutrionist/chef yesterday and had an epiphany. So I've really gotten on track. I feel more confident then I have been. Ready to lose the last 25 lbs.
 
Hi, everyone. James... thanks for the apology but it isn't needed. Everyone has different opinions and different things work for different people. With that said... I still believe weight lifting is typically the magic bullet most people overlook :p

I've been so busy that I haven't logged into this site for quite a long time. But it feels good to know I'm missed and I have now made it a personal goal to start posting here again.

It's back on my daily "To Do" list :)

Hope all my old fitness friends are doing well and I look forward to helping as much as I can.
