Excercise: Hour and a half to 2 hours a day on uphill treadmill and TaeBo

When Starting my new lifestyle chance this time around I weighed 220 and I want to be a healthy mom to my little girls so it was time to do something about it. Im so glad I did.

This is my first forum ever, and I'm really glad to have found you all. I'm unfamiliar with forum etiquette, so If I aggravate or offend, please know it's not intentional. And, don't hesitate to correct my errant ways =)

Goal weight: If my body is toned and not the gelatinous mass it is currently, I don't care how much I weigh.

I was the healthiest I've ever been during my pregnancy. Recovered quickly from my C-section and was back to my pre-pregnancy weight two weeks after my babies were born. Since then, my good eating habits have gone down the toilet and regular exercise is a distant memory. As is my self-care and self-esteem. I'm keeping on top of everything else, but I've veered way off track personally. Trying to find my way back.

Losing weight is SO hard but I am determined to do it! With all the support that I get on this forum I know in my heart without a doubt I will reach my goal!

Exercise: baby pilates (yes thats a real thing, but not enough! buying an eliptical...)
Food: LA weight loss diet (slightly modified.. I used to work there, now I just do the diet from home)

GOAL: GET BACK IN MY SIZE 6 JEANS! (cuz im sick of buying sizes I dont WANT to buy!!)

I was 112lbs before kids, but that seems impossible now. Really, I just wanna lose my jelly belly. Sadly, I think a lot of it is excess skin. My son was 9lbs 15oz, so you can imagine how big I got. I went from 27" to 44". That's over a foot and a half gained in circumfrense.
