Anyone facing exams and is stressed out of their mind?!

So... Like most people, I have only 2 speeds: Really really fast or just nothing at all. I have time to study for my midterms and go to the rest of the classes, but my god I'm lazy and this is stressing me out and stress means = "Oh, I deserve that Potato Chips. I'm studying so hard (soon)!"

What can I do to help reduce my stress, aside from the very obvious mom advice "Just study!" and what can I do to help with stress eating? Is anyone going through this as well?
 
I just buy LOTS and i mean LOTS of healthy snacks. I ate a whole packet of mini-sweetcorn and half a cucumber while studying yesterday XD
Good luck, I'm in the same position; trying to keep weight down and do well at university is soooo hard.
Sending you loads of willpower to study and eat well :D
