Anyone doing HIIT?

I am just getting started with this. What are good exercises besides sprinting to achieve "high intensity" for the total body?

jump rope was a great suggestion, thanks!!! I hadn't thought of that! This week I did 12 sets of 1:1 - 60 second intervals in my hotel room and that roasted me! Double unders for the win.
