Anyone around 5'4 190lb and female

Your starting weight isn't what matters! What matters is getting to your goal weight in a healthy way.
You can do it. :)

wow....nice. I didn't think I was going to get this many response. So what is everybody's exercise regimen and diet plan? I wanted to do a 1200 calorie diet for most days out the week, like four, and two days do like 1400 cals. I have a busy schedule so do yall think it would be better for me to construct menus for the week? I do have some down time on Sunday. I have lost weight in the past, numerous times, now i feel it is starting to become redundant:banghead. Even though I am only 23 and most 23 year olds think that they are invisible when it comes to their health, but strangely for the past couple of weeks handful people I know have been passing away from serious health issues(mainly heart attacks) and they were in their middle 30's and early 40's!!!!. I know it came from years of damaged to their bodies. That really shooked me. When I lost weight in the past, 90% of the reason why is because I wanted to look good, but now that I am not getting any younger, hopefully I will lose weight now because my health will more of a motivation for me. I hope............

I'm 5' 4.5" and 215, a little taller and a little heavier than you, but I am also 23 and the health thing has been weighing heavily on my mind. I have committed to eating 6 small meals a day, staying away from salt, lots of fat, and massive amounts of sugar. I walk about half an hour everyday, to work, but I plan on adding another hour of cardio, gradually, mostly with my wii and cardio tapes. And some weight lifting/ resistance training. I want to be fit, rather than just skinny this time around. I hope to hear from you and your successes! Good Luck!
