Anybody Know?

I'm looking for a diet plan (more like healthy eating) and workout plan that is VERY effective. I'm 21yrs old 5'4" weigh 135lbs. I'm not really concerned about how much to lose or what the out come number will be. But more so I'm looking for something that I can get as small as my body will go with the least fat on my body. I don't wanna be skin an bones but I wanna look good. I mainly have to tone up really. Any advise would be nice. Thanks

You should talk to Trevor10 he is doing the same thing as you, He is at the body building part of his weight loss.
Sorry- I'm not at that point of my weight loss to give advice.
But I do know, You have come to the right place :hurray:
 
I see on another post that you are pregnant. Wait until you have given birth to lose weight. Women have to have fat on their body to sustain pregnancy. You will place your baby in jeopardy if you try to be as small as you can be while pregnant.
 
thanks, mal. I hope for the next nine months she can put aside her desire to be small and put the welfare of her child first.
 
If you eat healthy and get moderate excersise, your body will take care of itself, the weight will stabalize. Being pregnant, you can gain anywhere from 10-50 lbs. But you shouldn't decrease your calorie intake, you should actually increase it (with healthful foods). We all know what is good and what isn't good for us, we just chose to ignore this. You know an apple is healthier than a snickers bar, so eat an apple. Make sure it is OK for you to do some light excersises (walking and such) and let your body take care of itself.

Once you have the baby then you can concentrate on losing the weight, but if you keep healthy while preggers, you won't have much to lose.
