I'm looking for a diet plan (more like healthy eating) and workout plan that is VERY effective. I'm 21yrs old 5'4" weigh 135lbs. I'm not really concerned about how much to lose or what the out come number will be. But more so I'm looking for something that I can get as small as my body will go with the least fat on my body. I don't wanna be skin an bones but I wanna look good. I mainly have to tone up really. Any advise would be nice. Thanks
