Guys, I appreciate the responses!
I used to be quite athletic and was in the military for several years. I got out 5 years ago and havent really done much physically since. I've gained about 30 pounds since then. and my body is pretty beat up, back, neck, ankles and knees all give me problems these days....plus I smoke and drink on occassion (I know, I'm a trainwreck). So I do what I can, walk, swim, etc.
I know several people who take supplements and swear by them. (they could be full of $%^ for all I know). I'm not looking for a magical pill just something that may help some.....this one seemed to contain alot of those herbs and things many claim are beneficial......my friend is going to give me some of them and I'll try them for a bit. It probably wont amount to anything but I'll let you know either way...
