Any suggestions?

Hi there, I'm a 15 year old girl that weighs 136 pounds. I used to be
150 and have lost quite a few pounds already, which I am really
pleased with, yet I feel that I can lose more. I have been at 136 for
quite a while now and it really frustrates me that I can't lose
anymore. I'm 5"4. I jog 30 minutes two times a day and I try to eat
healthy everyday. Two days ago was my father's birthday so you do the
math ;) Anyways, there's this girl who says she weighs 129 and is 5"3
but I find it hard to beleive because she still looks larger than me?
Am I overreacting? It just really aggravates me that I'm fatter than
most of my friends.

actually Spock, you may be able to, she has a bowflex, do you know anything about em? I sketched her something to get her started, but I have no clue what a bowflex can do.

I've seen the commercials, but I have no clue on what exercises they have. Maybe someone who has used one can give you some specifics Seb.

Thanks spock and allen ^^ I just went out for lunch and it added 2 pounds on tome o.o Am I worrying too much?

Actually, yes you are :)

weigh yourself first thing in the morning after using the restroom and before taking a shower. Thats the closest thing you will get to true weight.

For an interesting experiment if your home all day long. Weigh yourself through the day, you can fluctuate up to 6 lbs on water weight and food weight alone :D

Heh yeah I've noticed. I went out for a pretty unhealthy lunch today *shakes fist*, so I'll just work super hard today.

Do you have any suggestions as to what to eat for someone my age during the day? Like how many calories I should be eating and burning?

I figured it up at medium framed. Your only 6 lbs away from your healthy weight. You don't want to be too concerned with losing too much more weight. You want to focus on redistributing it. The workout plan I gave you and eating 1800 calories a day will help you redistribute what fat you have left into lean muscle.

Well my mom says I'm 'big boned' but I consider myself in between medium and small because my ankles and wrist area is very small. I would say medium :)

Okay thanks! I know that I have a bowflex but that's in the basement. Sometimes when I watch tv upstairs I feel an urge to do some sort of exercise. Usually it's situps or some sort of abdominal exercise but I dont' know if I'm doing them right. Is there any particular ab exercise that you choose to use?

Crunches, leg raises, russian twists for those obliques. I like to stretch when I watch TV (for martial arts, trying to get those kicks high. Im almost to the point I can do the splits too :D).

 Wow! That's great! I am no where close to doing splits but I stretch after I run everyday. I feel that my flexibility has improved so I'm quite glad with that ^^

Wow great job on losing the 22 pounds! Yeah, she is shorter than me but it's only by an inch. I mean she never wears tight clothes but I'm pretty sure she does look bigger than me.
