I'm new. I just joined. This is my first post. I'm a guy and joining this thing was pretty easy, but at the same time very hard. Big step for small steps I guess.
I want to get down to a healthy bmi - and just be healthy I guess - be able to do what I think of without considering whether my body will protest too much. I probably have another 30 or so lb to go - and a bunch of fitness to gain.
