Any mom's out there who have lost the "pouch"?

Just looking for some motivation. I've had two kids in the past 3 years. I have been working out and losing weight, but I've heard the pouch is always going to be there. Someone please tell me there is hope (someone with experience).

I had 3 kids in 5 years and I don't really have "the pouch" anymore. It IS the first place I tend to gain weight, but I watch my diet and have cardio plus strength training as an exercise routine. Strength training helps with the fat loss a lot.

I have no experience myself but I just have to say, there has to be some way... gosh, look at Heidi Klum, how many has she popped out so far??? Insane. But yeah, its not "always going to be there" its just always going to be a tougher spot than it used to be from what I'm told. Good luck though!

My "pouch" is mostly extra skin from BIG babies (I looked like I swallowed a stability ball :speechless:) -- so unless I choose to do something more 'drastic', I will always have it :(

I think some of it depends on genes. I had twins and looked like I had the stability ball for breakfast too, but managed to get rid of it. I have a very *slight* pooch right above my C-section scar, but if I had not had that scar, I would have nothing......

Keep the hope :)

First, identify the personal reasons why you want to lose weight.Let those reasons be your motivation. It's not late to start. Start with small steps then progress.Difficult at first but it pays. Keep the faith.:sport:
