Hi everybody! This is my first time here, and the first time on any forum in general! I stumbled here looking for information about fenphedra, and got some real good info.
I am a medically retired Army Ranger trying to get back into shape. It used to be real easy to stay fit while I was working out 3 times a day as my profession; not so much anymore!
Besides working past my injurries, my biggest problem is my eating habits. Not so much of eating bad food, just way too much of it. I have started working out 5 days a week again with a good mix of cardio and circut training. I take protein, a multivitamen and glucosamine chondroitin for my joints. I am looking to slim down and build some muscle, but I don't need to get huge.
Does anyone have any ideas on appetite suppression? I am chewing gum like crazy, but it is not working. I also want to know if anyone can suggest a good creatine product, because all of the gym rats are telling me that my protein shakes are not enough!
