Hello I'm a new member that just joined, I would love to have someone give me advice on how to loose the last ten lbs that I've been trying to do. I have a trainer, and all the diet I've tried have always failed and my weight is always bumping around 116-120lbs without much changes in the past two years. I've also tried different diet pills or supplements but none of them are working. I'm slightly active but not a exercise maniac. I'm planning on eating 1000 calories just chicken breast (mostly), on some days add in a salad (arugula, little bits of tomato, little bits of red onion, avocado, shrimp, vinegar sauce). I'm also training so I'm going low carbs too (so I would not loose muscle when I get to 110lbs. I count everything and am very accurate in recording my food. Can somebody that has experience of loosing weight when they are already thin, or have success in reaching a bmi o 17.5 or 17 that can tell me what I should do to get there?
note: the times when I reach below 115lbs the weight jumps up immediately. The only time I was able to get below 115 successfully and close to 110 lbs was almost three years ago. Also, if someone has success in reaching a 17 bmi with some diet pills or supplements, I'm happy to try them.
