Any help is appreciated!

Good morning, evening, night, afternoon. After several years of being in no shape at all, I have decided to make some changes.... I'm 25, 5 foot 9, 180 lbs. As far as my 'workouts go' at the moment, I load trucks in the early am 4-830 M-F for UPS. And that's as far as it goes.... I have started going on what I call run/walks (mostly walking since I just quit cigs about 2 months ago after light off and on use for the past 2 years). Which usually last 45-60 minutes. AND that's what I am working with at the moment. Too soon to see any results from adding walking to the routine, but that is my weekly physical activity, and maybe throwing a football with a few friends..

SO, as I said i weigh 180 lbs. I'm not trying to put on a lot of muscle. For now, I would like to find some sort of routine/lifestyle to get more tonality/lose fat (and really just live more healthy!) And then put on muscle at a later time if i wanted to. At the moment i have a bench, a pair of 10 lb weights, running shoes and motivation. All I need is guidance from people who know their stuff on the topics at hand. Advice on possibly purchasing new equipment, supplements (don't know anything about them), and nutrition.

That is me, and those are my goals. And i don't know if I am asking too much out of a forum to help me out on accomplishing these goals but its worth a try and I would really like to start improving the shape I am in ASAP.
