His, this is the first time I post. I want to do the classical, almost beaten to death dream of loosing fat while gaining muscle. I realize this is very hard so I was thinking if I should focus only in muscular gain( I want to get a 6 pack, 8 if possible and pectorals but I don’t want to get too big; I just want to have an athletic muscular body) and then focus on losing fat. However, I heard that when you do exercises that make you lose fat you also lose some muscular mass too, and I don’t want that to happen. I don’t really know if I should do yoga, how many calories should I burn (run) after I get to a certain degree, etc…
