Hi ~ I am new to this forum and came here hoping to get some pointers/ advice on making my time most effective at the gym. I recently lost 40lbs and have about 40 to go before I am at my goal weight. I have been going to the gym for a couple of months now but tend to do the same routine (using the bike for cardio or the eliptical for an hour) because I am unsure of what I "should" be doing or what would be most effective.
