Any Advice welcome

Hi I am 21 and weigh 185 pounds. I would like to lose about 40 pounds and i am not sure where to start. Everytime I decide to lose weight i give up after only a week. Any Advice would be wonderful. Thank you
 
Heya! Start a journal in the diary section, you'll get a ton of support and will be held accountable for your health, making it harder to fall off track and easier to hop back on.

Also, why don't you join a website such as ! There is another website very similar to it, I just can't remember the name, but they're both free, and do all of the calorie/carb/protein/fat counting for you. If for nothing else, try it just to get a better idea of how you're doing now, and how you can improve.

Why do you give up so quickly? My guess is, you are expecting too much too fast. Or, you might be trying to do too much all at once. Let's continue the discussion and dig to the bottom of the problem.
