Heya! Start a journal in the diary section, you'll get a ton of support and will be held accountable for your health, making it harder to fall off track and easier to hop back on.
Also, why don't you join a website such as ! There is another website very similar to it, I just can't remember the name, but they're both free, and do all of the calorie/carb/protein/fat counting for you. If for nothing else, try it just to get a better idea of how you're doing now, and how you can improve.
