Ok, so I actually have found that I enjoy working out. I walk 45-50 minutes each day (usually about 2.5 miles - so not fast just steady). I also do weights three times a week and swim three days a week. When I walk, the balls of my feet hurt VERY BADLY. My heels were hurting, so I bought a new pair of New Balance walking shoes. My heels still hurt some in the evenings - but that is a bit better. However, now when I walk, the balls of my feet feel as if they are on fire. Any suggestions? Is is just because I am still too heavy for my poor feet (I am about 6 weeks out, so I still have A LOT to lose)? Are there a better kind of shoes that I should go buy? Do you think I just need inserts?
