I'm a 19 year old male. I'm around 5'8" or 5'9" and weigh somewhere around 160-165, maybe even 170. Honestly, I can't tell you the last time I worked out or did any strenuous activity. I've picked up a lot of bad habits from around me. Hence the user name. I'm not entirely innocent, I know and I am now accepting responsibility and ready to make a change. I'm not looking to specifically lose weight, I'm looking to become healthier. I make a lot of bad decisions for my health and I realize it now. I would like to change them, but I don't know where to start.
So, here's the deal... I don't know anything at all about physical fitness, exercising, or overall health. What should I know? I'm asking because I figure a lot of you are knowledgeable in the subjects. I'm willing to do research, just lead me in the right direction. I know there are a lot of posts already with advice, but that's also the problem, there are too many and I don't even know if half of them apply to me. I would like to start some sort of exercise regimen. I've tried looking into things myself, but there are SO many people saying sooo many different things, I'm just confused.
I'm in a bit of a financial dilemma, so I can't afford to buy any equipment or get a gym membership. So, I'm looking for things I can do around the house.
